Hello there,
First I want to express my BIG UP for what you do and share and I'd also like to give you a hint, that would make people less annoyed when clicking on external links: make every external link open in a new window. It saves the users time, it gives him the right way without making him go away and than click the BACK button, and it's a form of respect for him.
